These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CentPost platform and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("User," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, for any reason, without notice or liability.
CentPost provides a platform that connects you with opportunities to post third-party content ("Content") to your personal social media accounts in exchange for potential compensation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all unpaid compensation.
Content Posting: You agree to post the Content provided by CentPost exactly as it is delivered, without alteration, modification, or accompanying commentary unless explicitly permitted.
Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your posting of Content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any social media platform you use (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, X).
Social Media Platforms: You acknowledge and agree that CentPost is not responsible for any action taken against your social media account, including but not limited to suspension, content removal, or permanent termination, as a result of your participation in the Service.
The Service, including our branding, name, logos, interfaces, algorithms, and data models ("Our IP"), is owned by CentPost or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted no right or license with respect to Our IP except for your limited right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of Our IP.
Our Service interacts with third-party services, such as social media platforms and payment processors. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible or liable for the actions or content of any third-party service.
Verification: To be eligible for payment, a post must be "Verified." Verification is determined at the sole and absolute discretion of CentPost. Verification may require a post to remain publicly visible for a minimum duration or meet other criteria. We have no obligation to disclose the specific criteria for verification.
Payment Timeline: If a post is Verified, CentPost will process your payment within thirty (30) business days following the date of Verification.
Right to Withhold: We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any payment for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or failure to meet Verification criteria.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with the compensation you receive.
Forfeiture: You agree that if your account is terminated for any reason, you forfeit all rights to any and all pending, unverified, or unpaid compensation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CENTPOST IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY CANADIAN DOLLARS ($50.00 CAD).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CentPost and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, and attorneys' fees.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
